要使学生更好地掌握和运用祖国的语言文字,为三大革命斗争服务,打破语文教学中的烦琐哲学,是一个很重要的问题。过去我在讲一课书之前,总是辛辛苦苦地到处找参考资料,并把各种分析文章的观点和内容都捏到自己的讲稿中去,生怕漏了一点,以为这就是提高教学质量的好办法。课堂上我讲得声嘶力竭,学生记得头昏眼花,效果并不好。以后拿出相同类型的文章让学生分析,或进行一些语文知识的综合练习,就瞠目结舌,不知所云。学生的作文水平也没有什么提高。实践使我认识到,烦琐哲学必须打破,教学内容要少而精,教学过程要做到精讲多练。

There is not any improvement in the composition of students. Practice made me realize that the cumbersome philosophy must be broken, teaching contents should be less and better, and the teaching process should be refined and practiced more.
