最近几年来,随着老挝经济的发展,外国投资者数量不断增加。为了吸引外商投资企业进入投资,政府除了需要基础促进政策,还需要外资保护政策。因此,本文主要介绍老挝外国投资保护制度,还介绍了老挝对外国投资保护的法律形式以及争端解决途径。最后对老挝外资保护争端的解决途径提出了建议。
In recent years, with the economic development in Laos, the number of foreign investors has been on the rise. In order to attract foreign-invested enterprises to invest, the government needs a policy of foreign investment in addition to the basic promotion of its policies. Therefore, this article mainly introduces the foreign investment protection system in Laos. It also introduces the legal forms of Laos’s foreign investment protection and the ways of dispute settlement. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the settlement of the dispute over the protection of foreign investment in Laos.
