进入80年代以来,世界经济步入不稳定的低速增长时期,各类国家的经济发展都遇到了不同程度、不同表现的困难,并相继着手进行经济调整或改革。在世界范围的新技术革命浪潮冲击下,生产的国际分工格局正在经历着新的变化,世界产业结构也在相应地发生着新的调整。从而,使各类国家都面临着产业结构如何升级换代的严峻选择。
Since the 1980s, the world economy has entered an unstable period of rapid economic growth. The economic development of all countries has encountered difficulties of varying degrees and different manifestations and successively embarked on economic restructuring or reform. Under the impact of the wave of new technological revolution in the world, the pattern of the international division of labor in production is undergoing new changes. The world’s industrial structure is also undergoing a corresponding readjustment accordingly. Therefore, all kinds of countries are faced with the severe choice of how to upgrade and replace the industrial structure.
