近年来,学前儿童“入园难”问题已经引起社会各界的广泛关注。2009年3月以来,北京市政协教文卫体委员会联合民革、民盟、民进、致公党、台盟等民主党派市委和大兴区政协、通州区政协,成立“完善学前教育体制”专题调研组,围绕当前本市学前教育发展过程中存在的突出矛盾和问题进行了深入调研。委员们先后实地考察了西城区、朝阳区、房山区、通州区的十几所不同体制的幼儿园,并听取相关委办局的情况通报后,最终完成了《关于完善北京市学前教育体制的调研报告》。6月下旬,北京市政协召开常委会,审议并通过了《关于完善北京市学前教育体制的建议案》。
In recent years, the issue of preschool children ’difficulty in entering the park ’ has caused widespread concern in the community. Since March 2009, the CPPCC Beijing Municipal Committee of Education, Culture, People’s and Sports Committee has joined hands with democratic parties including the Democratic Revolutionary League, the Democratic League, the People’s Democratic Progressive Party, the Democratic Progressive Party, the Zhi Gong Dang and the Taiwan Democratic Party, the CPPCC Daxing Committee and the CPPCC National Committee of Tongzhou District to establish a “complete pre-school education system ”Research group focused on the city’s current preschool education in the process of development of outstanding contradictions and problems conducted in-depth investigation. After attending a dozen of kindergartens with different systems in Xicheng District, Chaoyang District, Fangshan District and Tongzhou District, members of the committee visited the relevant commissions and circulars and finally completed the investigation on perfecting the pre-school education system in Beijing report". In late June, the Beijing Municipal CPPCC held a standing committee to review and approve the Proposal on Improving Pre-school Education System in Beijing.
