目的由于多数育龄妇女非常容易出现激素依赖性质的子宫内膜异位这种疾病,所以,希望通过服用弗耐尔片药物和腹腔镜治疗的方法来观察一下对这种疾病的治疗效果。方法在我院2009年2月至2012年1月治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者中,对68例腹腔镜治疗与62例口服弗耐尔片治疗患者的各项数据进行比对分析,希望得到两种方法治疗效果上的差异。结果腹腔镜治疗组中,共51例的患者症状消失,24例患者妊娠;在口服弗耐尔片治疗组中,40例患者的症状消失,15例患者妊娠。结论对比后发现,利用腹腔镜治疗的效果要明显好于口服弗耐尔片后的治疗效果。
