目的：对临床护理路径在老年性白内障患者中的临床应用效果进行观察。方法选取2014年1月~2015年1月我院所接收的82例老年性白内障患者作为观察的对象，按就诊前后顺序分成观察组与对照组，前者予以临床护理路径，后者予以常规护理，且观察两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组各项指标均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（<0.05）。结论对老年白内障患者予以临床护理路径，可促进视力的恢复，且降低并发症的发生，值得在临床上大力推广。“,”Objective Clinical nursing path clinical ef ects in patients with senile cataracts were observed.Methods January 2014 to January 2015 82 cases of cataract patients in our institute received as an object of observation, according to the order before and after treatment divided into observation group and control group,the former to be of clinical nursing path,which is treated with routine care, and observe the ef ect of the two groups of patients care. Results Health knowledge good rate (95.1%) was significantly higher (73.2%) of patients in the observation group,the dif erences are significant,statistical y significant( <0.05).Conclusion The visual acuity was observed in patients,the complication rate etc.
