本文用同一材料进行了性状遗传参数的估值,研究结果认为,一般亲缘相远、生态类型差异大的杂交组合的遗传力较高,据不同的遗传力估值法(广义、狭义)表现的主要性状的遗传力位次是不同的;杂交种抽花丝期、穗位高度的狭义遗传力比其他性状遗传力高;杂种一代的抽花丝期、生育期、穗位高度、粒行数与两亲相关、回归系数达到极显著;杂种一代、二代和回交一代的氨基酸含量,一般介于两亲之间或低于两亲。
In this paper, we evaluated the genetic parameters of traits using the same material. The results showed that the heritability of hybrids with distant relatives and different ecological types was higher, which was shown by different hereditary valuation methods (generalized and narrowed) The heritability of the main traits was different. The narrow heritability of the hybrids at the time of fillet and ear height was higher than those of the other traits. The cross-hatching period, growth period, ear height, The correlation coefficient was very significant. The amino acid content of hybrids, second generation and backcross generation were generally between the two parents or lower than the two parents.
