β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-M)是一种低分子蛋白质,正常人的β_2-M 合成释放的量相当恒定,关于CSF 中β_2-M 的测定报道极少,本文就我院测定CSF 中β_2-M100例作一介绍以供参考。测定方法本组病例采用放射免疫法测定CSF 中β_2-M 的含量,试剂盒由北京光华免疫试剂研究所提供,每位病人留取脑脊液0.1~1ml,放入冰箱贮存待测定。临床资料本组100例,分为:1.正常组:选择无神经系统疾病的10例患者,其中男6例,女4例,年龄11~37岁。2.肿瘤组:分为(1)颅内肿瘤:恶性肿瘤38例,男22例,女16例,年龄5~64岁。其中星形胶质瘤24例,髓
