过滤是给水处理中非常重要的工艺。结合沙口水厂实际情况对V型滤池进行试验,结果表明:①经过监控滤后水水质,优化反冲洗控制模式,可在增加供水安全性的同时节能降耗;②优化反冲洗时间配比,经过试验选择气洗3 min、气水洗5 min、水洗5 min较为合适;③对滤头进行维护可改善曝气均匀性,并使反冲洗气压回落至正常范围;④滤料需定期进行补充,可通过筛分试验、表面附着物分析等评价其截污性能。
Filtration is a very important process in water treatment. According to the actual situation of Shakou water plant, the V-type filter was tested. The results showed that: (1) After monitoring the quality of filtered water and optimizing the backwashing control mode, it can save energy and reduce consumption while increasing the water supply safety; (2) , After the test selected air wash 3 min, air wash 5 min, washed 5 min is more appropriate; ③ maintenance of the filter head can improve the uniformity of aeration, and the backwash gas pressure back to the normal range; ④ filter to be regularly replenished , Through the screening test, surface attachments analysis to assess its interception performance.
