以模具钢为研究对象,分析热处理对其组织转变的影响。结果表明,晶粒度会对模具钢的淬透性产生一定的影响,晶粒度越低,淬透性越高。随着含碳量的升高,奥氏体晶粒度的影响作用逐渐降低。
Taking die steel as the research object, the influence of heat treatment on its microstructure transformation was analyzed. The results show that the grain size will have a certain impact on the hardenability of the die steel, the lower the grain size, the higher the hardenability. As the carbon content increases, the effect of austenite grain size gradually decreases.
