过敏性紫癜是一种弥漫性毛细血管变态反应性疾患,其临床表现除皮肤紫癜外,还可有关节痛、腹部绞痛及肾脏损害。本文就其肾脏损害作一分析。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 我院1983～1990年收治过敏性紫癜111例,其中110例有尿检查记录,肾脏损害36例,发生率32.7％。男21例,女15例,男:女=14:1。年龄3～76岁。8～20岁25例(69.4％)。有诱因可查者13例(36.1％),其中上感5例,药物过敏(磺胺、布洛芬、四环素、流脑疫苗)5例,误服洗衣粉、受凉、饮酒各1例。
Henoch-Schonlein purpura is a diffuse capillary allergic disease, its clinical manifestations in addition to skin purpura, but also may have joint pain, abdominal cramps and kidney damage. This article gives an analysis of its kidney damage. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information Our hospital from 1983 to 1990, 111 cases of allergic purpura were admitted, of which 110 cases of urinary examination records, 36 cases of renal damage, the incidence rate of 32.7%. There were 21 males and 15 females, male and female = 14: 1. Age 3 to 76 years old. 25 to 20 years old (69.4%). Thirteen cases (36.1%) were induced by inducement, including 5 cases of sensation, 5 cases of drug allergy (sulfa, ibuprofen, tetracycline, meningitis vaccine), 1 case of washing powder, cold and drinking.
