本文将湿法磨机的摆振现象简化成弓形的力学模型,根据动力学分析,建立了湿法磨机摆振运动微分方程式,由该方程的级数解,得出了弓形摆振角位移服从谐振规律的结论。这一结论同人们的宏观考察相吻合。并导出了磨机摆振转速比、弓形倾斜角与磨机工艺参数之间的函数式,为避免湿法磨机的摆振现象提供了依据。最后,作者提出了避免湿法磨机摆振现象的若干建议。
In this paper, the shimmy phenomenon of a wet-grinding mill is simplified into a bow-shaped mechanical model. According to the dynamic analysis, a differential equation of the shimmy vibration of a wet-mill is established. From the series solution of the equation, the bow- Obedience to the law of resonance conclusion. This conclusion is consistent with people’s macroscopic investigation. And the function formula between mill vibration speed ratio, bow angle and milling process parameters is derived, which provides a basis for avoiding the phenomenon of shimmy in wet mill. Finally, the author put forward some suggestions to avoid the phenomenon of wet mill vibration.
