针对冷连轧机组轧制过程中乳化液喷淋流场采用常规数值模拟方法计算精度较差无法满足工程需求的问题,在大量的现场试验与理论研究的基础上,充分考虑到冷连轧机组的生产工艺及设备特点,建立了相应的数学模型,运用计算流体动力学(CFD)的大型商用软件Fluent对乳化液喷射流场进行了数值计算和分析,给出了在喷射梁上的三个喷嘴与喷射梁垂直和成一定角度时的速度场、压力场分布情况,为喷射梁的设计和喷淋流场的优化奠定了坚实的理论基础。
