目的:了解国外护理学学术学位博士研究生英文学位论文的研究主题和热点趋势，以期为相关研究提供参考。方法:采用文献计量学研究方法。2019年8月至12月，以1990年1月1日至2019年8月20日Pro-Quest学位论文数据库中15 526篇护理学学术学位博士研究生英文学位论文为资料来源，对关键词进行可视化分析、共词聚类分析和战略坐标分析。结果:博士研究生英文学位论文研究内容主要集中在妇产科护理、糖尿病与营养、护理管理、癌症患者护理、精神卫生与心理研究、儿童及青少年、女性群体及社会学、老年护理和护理教育等9个领域，其中精神卫生、老年护理、女性群体与社会学等相关研究处于核心地位且发展较为成熟。结论:博士研究生英文学位论文选题广泛，研究对象多样，精神卫生、老年护理、女性群体与社会学等相关研究是热点领域。","Objective:To explore the research status and hot trends of philosophy doctoral dissertations of nursing in foreign countries, so to provide reference for related research in China.Methods:The bibliometrics method was used in this study. From August to December 2019, based on the 15 526 philosophy doctoral dissertations of nursing in the Pro-Quest Dissertations & Theses since January 1, 1990 to August 20, 2019, the keywords were analyzed by visual analysis, co-word clustering analysis and strategic coordinate analysis.Results:Researches of doctoral dissertation focus on nine aspects: nursing of obstetrics and gynecology, studies of diabetes and nutrition, health care management, nursing of cancer patients, mental health and psychology, studies of children and teenagers, womens studies and sociology, geriatric nursing care, nursing education. The related researches on mental health, the elderly and women are in the core research position and have developed relatively maturely.Conclusions:There are a wide range of topics and research objects in the doctoral dissertation of nursing discipline in foreign countries. Mental health, elderly care, female group and sociology are hot areas.
