目的观察麋鹿角醇提液对D-半乳糖(D-gal)诱导衰老模型小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法54只小鼠随机分成正常对照(NG)组和三个D-gal诱导衰老模型(MG、LG、HG)组。在造模同时,LG、HG两组分别给予麋鹿角醇提液2 g/kg和4 g/kg。测定部分免疫相关的血清指标。结果小鼠经D-gal处理6周后出现衰老体征。MG组血清IgG水平下降,脾淋巴细胞转化刺激指数下降,血清IFN-γ浓度IFNγ-mRNA表达水平下降。HG组小鼠IgG水平、脾淋巴细胞转化刺激指数、血清中IL-2和IFNγ-的浓度升高,并增强模型鼠脾淋巴细胞IL-2、IFN-γmRNA的表达。结论麋鹿角醇提液能增强D-gal诱导的衰老模型小鼠体液免疫及细胞免疫功能。
Objective To observe the effects of alcohol extracts from Elliotix pilosula on D-galactose (D-gal)-induced aging in mice. Methods 54 mice were randomly divided into normal control (NG) groups and three D-gal induced aging models (MG, LG, HG) groups. At the same time, LG and HG groups were given 2 g/kg and 4 g/kg alcohol extracts respectively. Partial immune-related serum markers were determined. Results The mice showed signs of aging after D-gal treatment for 6 weeks. Serum IgG levels in MG group decreased, spleen lymphocyte transformation stimulation index decreased, serum IFN-γ concentration IFNγ-mRNA expression levels decreased. The levels of mouse IgG, spleen lymphocyte transformation and stimulation index, serum IL-2 and IFNγ- were increased in HG group, and the expression of IL-2 and IFN-γ mRNA in splenic lymphocytes of model mice was enhanced. Conclusion Ethanol extract of Acer horn has enhanced humoral immunity and cellular immune function in D-gal-induced aging mice.
