陈四楼煤矿采用双巷道排矸技术,双巷道共用一个排矸系统,中间采用联络巷连接,设计了一种新型的矸石输送转弯机构,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对该机构进行了结构强度分析,利用离散元分析软件EDEM对转弯系统进行了排矸防堵分析。结果表明:转弯机构的强度满足现场工况要求,双巷道共用排矸系统有效提高了矸石的输送效率,排矸系统利用率提高了1倍,且在井下工作面排矸过程中,不会发生矸石堵塞输矸通道的情况。
