(一)处于世纪之交的今天,当我们满怀深情地纪念党的75周年生日的时候,不禁想起了一句久违了的历史名言:“共产党员是特殊材料制成的。”革命导师的这句浓缩了共产党人全部优秀品质的至理名言,曾经在共产党的历史上闪烁着灿烂的光辉。不论是在国际上资本主义势力猖撅、社会主义思想还刚刚在中国传播的年代,还是在推翻三座大山的长期艰苦卓绝的斗争中;不论是在新中国成立之后重建家园的艰苦创业阶段,还是在不断纠正错误中前进的计划经济时期,广大共产党员以钢铁般的坚定意志,实践着“富贵不能淫,贫贱不能
