一、问题的提出目前,上海地铁一号线运行高峰时乘客十分拥挤,客流与运能的矛盾非常突出.重要原因之一,地铁一号线车站站台长度(除上海南站外)、停车库、大修厂、牵出线等设备设施,均按列车8节编组设计,而现行列车只按6节编组运行,从而设备设施利用不足,运能明显下降.若按设计8节车辆编组运行,即使按现行运行图运行,也可提高运能三成有余,从而可大大缓解高峰拥挤现象.
