The large-scale popularization of hybrid rice has made a positive contribution to the promotion of our grain production. However, with the increase of three generations of parents, it has caused the separation of fertility and variation and the decrease of output. In order to solve this problem, we apply tissue culture technology to directly regenerate the isolated three-line parental tissues of high purity and induce regeneration into regenerated plants, in order to simplify the rejuvenation program and speed up the production of the three lines of original species.
