采用ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ法测定肝毒净颗粒剂中岩白菜素的含量。固定相为Ｓｐｈｅｒｉｓｏｒｂ－Ｃ１８柱（１０μｍ，４．６×２５０ｍｍ），流动相为甲醇－水（２０：８０），检测波长为２７５ｎｍ。岩白菜素的平均加样回收率为９９．２７％。
Determination of Bergenin in Ganjin Granules by RP-HPLC. The stationary phase was a Spherisorb-C18 column (10 μm, 4.6 × 250 mm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (20:80) and the detection wavelength was 275 nm. The average recovery of bergenin was 99.27%.
