高职高专院校图书馆是学校的文献信息中心、学习中心和信息咨询服务中心,是为教学、科研提供信息服务的学术性服务机构,是学校信息化和社会信息化的重要基地,是提高人文素养和开展通识教育的重要场所。图书馆的建设和发展应与学校的建设和发展相适应,其建设与管理水平是学校总体水平的重要标志。本文阐述了广东省高职院校图书馆读者服务的特点,分析了高职院校图书馆读者服务中存在的问题,并提出了高职院校图书馆开展读者服务的策略。
