玉米是世界三大粮食作物之一,在我国粮油生产中有重要地位。本研究综述玉米储藏特性及氮气气调储藏玉米的机理、特点和研究现状,为安全储藏玉米提供依据。
Corn is one of the three largest grain crops in the world and plays an important role in grain and oil production in our country. This review summarizes the storage characteristics of corn and the mechanism, characteristics and research status of nitrogen-controlled storage of corn, and provides the basis for the safe storage of corn.
