前言在大规模的年产几十万、上百万的各类阴极射线管的流水线作业中,电子枪组装点焊机的电(?)性能,将直接影响着生产线的工作质量和工作效率,在大批量的流水作业中,每班次的作业定额和焊接质量一般都要求较高.因而要求在作业中,尽量不用修整和打磨电极,不用调整电压和频率。这就对焊接电极的性能提出了很高的要求。二年来,针对我厂引进线的生产实际情况,对焊接电极的性能进行了调查和研究,搜集了几种新型电极材料,并进行了重点工序的应用试验,从中找出了比较理想的电极材料,
