1963年日本茨城县猿岛镇的农村地区发现大批病毒性肝炎,在大约5年时期内,流行反复发生,直至1968年才大体平息,留下许多肝功能异常的人。作者对猿岛地区有既往病史者、现症患者和一般居民共700余人,进行随访或检诊,同时采血作以下检验:(1)用免疫扩散法定量测定IgG、IgM、IgA等免疫球蛋白;(2)用培养于人胚肺的SH_(193)病毒(该病毒系Bolin从一个接种黄疸血清的人体分得)为抗原,测定肝炎传染性单核细胞增多症(Hepatitis infectious mononucleosis)乳胶凝集
In 1963, a large number of viral hepatitis were found in the rural areas of Saripu Town, Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. In about 5 years, the epidemic was repeated until it was almost completely subsided in 1968, leaving many people with abnormal liver function. The author has a history of sarosinia island region, patients and residents of the current total of more than 700 people for follow-up or examination, while the blood for the following tests: (1) immunodiffusion quantitative determination of IgG, IgM, IgA and other immunoglobulins ; (2) Determination of Hepatitis infectious mononucleosis latex agglutination with SH_ (193) virus cultured in human embryo lung (the virus is derived from a human who inoculated with jaundice serum) as an antigen
