“管理学”是管理类专业大学生接触到的第一门专业课程,该课程教学影响到大学生对管理的认识及后期专业课程的学习态度。本文认为“管理学”课程教学目标应为系统内化管理原理以及形成分析、研究管理问题的初步能力;知识教学方法以讲授法、案例分析法为主,能力训练方法以案例分析法及课题研究法为主;教学激励的措施主要有严格课程考试、提高教学研究成果分值、调整评教导向等。
“Management ” is the first specialized course exposed to management majors, which affects college students’ understanding of management and post-professional learning attitude. This paper argues that the teaching goal of “Management Science” course should be the internalization management principle of the system and the initial ability to analyze and study the management problems. The teaching methods of knowledge are mainly teaching method and case analysis method, and the method of ability training is based on case analysis method and The main research topics; teaching incentives mainly include strict examinations to improve the teaching research score, adjust the teaching orientation.
