目的:为了排除氯霉素滴跟液中羟苯乙酯霉素含量测定的干扰,采用卡尔曼滤波光度法达到定量目的。方法配制约10μg/ml 的羟苯乙酯和15μg/ml 的氯霉素对照品溶液,从290nm 到268nm 间隔0.5nm 绘制紫外吸收图谱,作为系数向量,同法绘制样品吸收图谱,作为测量信号。上述数据输入计算机进行递推运算,得到样品中各组分溶度信息。结果回收率试验表明,氯霉素在高溶度和低溶度回收率分别为99.55±0.13%,97.97±0.40%。结论:本方法适用于含羟苯乙酯的氯霉素滴眼液的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: In order to eliminate the interference of determination of hydroxyphenythromycin in chloramphenicol drip with fluid, Kalman filter spectrophotometry was used to achieve the quantitative purpose. Methods A solution of 10μg / ml of phenethyl acetate and 15μg / ml of chloramphenicol was prepared. UV absorbance spectra were drawn from 290nm to 268nm at 0.5nm intervals. The absorbance spectra of the samples were plotted as the coefficient vector and used as the measurement signal. The above data is input to the computer for recursive calculation to obtain the solubility information of each component in the sample. Results The recovery tests showed that the recoveries of chloramphenicol at high and low solubility were 99.55 ± 0.13% and 97.97 ± 0.40%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is suitable for the determination of chloramphenicol eye drops containing hydroxyphenylethyl ester.
