高职教育的目标是面向生产、管理、服务一线,培养高素质的技能型人才。这一目标决定了高职院校必须开展实践性教学。《人力资源管理》是一门既重视管理理论与方法,又强调在现有社会经济环境下进行人力资源管理实践操作的课程,具有很强的实践性。因此,该课程的实践教学显得尤为重要。本文根据高职人才培养目标和人力资源管理课程的性质,就如何构建高职人力资源管理课程实践教学体系进行了初步探讨与分析。
The goal of higher vocational education is to face the production, management, service front-line, training high-quality skilled personnel. This goal determines the vocational colleges must carry out practical teaching. Human resource management is a course which not only emphasizes management theory and method, but also emphasizes human resource management practice in the current social and economic environment. It is very practical. Therefore, the course of practice teaching is particularly important. Based on the objectives of higher vocational personnel training and the human resource management curriculum, this paper discusses and analyzes how to construct the practical teaching system of human resource management curriculum in higher vocational education.
