目的:分析在社区中进行与预防接种相关的健康教育所具有的重要作用。方法:选择某社区中符合预防接种条件的儿童及儿童家长作为分析对象,其中儿童共为126名;儿童家长共为236名,分为观察组与对照组,在为对照组儿童进行预防接种的过程中按照常规程序,在为观察组儿童进行预防接种时,对其家长开展健康教育。结果:观察组家长对预防接种相关知识知晓程度得分为(92.54±2.98)分,对照组为(76.34±5.07)分,两组家长的知晓程度得分存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育能够在社区预防接种工作中发挥重要作用。
Purpose: To analyze the important role of health education in vaccination-related health care in the community. Methods: A total of 126 children and their parents were enrolled in this study. The total number of children was 126. A total of 236 children were divided into observation group and control group. Children in the control group were vaccinated In the process, according to the routine procedure, health education should be conducted for parents of children in the observation group when they are vaccinated. Results: The score of parents ’awareness on vaccination was (92.54 ± 2.98) points in the observation group and (76.34 ± 5.07) points in the control group, there was a significant difference (P <0.05) between the parents’ awareness level of the two groups. Conclusion: Health education can play an important role in community vaccination efforts.
