我院84年2月—86年4月收治经手术及病理检查结果证实的的原发性肝癌38例,手术前 AFP—RIA 检测结果其中25例>400ng/ml,13例为正常水平。现将13例 AFP 假阴性分析如下:
In our hospital from February of 1998 to April of 2009, 38 cases of primary liver cancer were confirmed by surgical and pathological examination. The results of AFP-RIA before surgery were 25 cases >400 ng/ml, and 13 cases were normal. The 13 cases of AFP false negatives are analyzed as follows:
