《鄱阳湖生态经济区规划》是江西省第一个上升为国家战略的区域性发展规划,给江西省的发展提供了前所未有的发展机遇,也带来一系列的专业人才需求矛盾以及人才培养问题。机械类人才是鄱阳湖生态经济区建设的重要人力资源,必须合理规划,积极应对。本文提出了制定机械类人才培养中长期规划、深化机械类人才培养方案、合理调整机械类专业设置、加强校企合作、制定吸引人才激励政策、整合高等教育资源和提升机械制造业自动化水平等对策。
The “Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone Planning” is the first regional development plan of Jiangxi Province that has been upgraded to a national strategy, providing an unprecedented opportunity for the development of Jiangxi Province and bringing about a series of contradictions in demand for professionals as well as personnel training . Mechanical personnel is an important human resource for the construction of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone. It must be properly planned and dealt with actively. In this paper, some countermeasures are put forward, such as formulating medium and long-term plans for training mechanical talents, deepening training programs for mechanical talents, reasonably adjusting the setting of mechanical specialties, strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises, formulating incentive policies to attract talents, integrating higher education resources and upgrading the automation level of machinery manufacturing industry .
