当前,国内外形势严峻复杂,世界经济政治不确定性因素增加,国内经济运行中存在一些亟待解决的问题。解决这些矛盾和问题,要善于用辩证唯物主义方法论,妥善处理好改革发展中事关全局的重大关系:在深化经济体制改革上处理好政府和市场的关系;在全国一盘棋上处理好中央和地方的关系;在总揽全局上处理好改革、发展和稳定的关系;在可持续发展上处理好发展经济和保护生态环境的关系;在培养实用人才上处理好发展教育和发展现代职业教育的关系。
At present, the situation in both at home and abroad is grim and complicated, and the uncertainties in the world economy and politics have increased. There are some problems to be solved urgently in the operation of the domestic economy. To solve these contradictions and problems, we must be good at using the dialectical materialistic methodology to properly handle the major relations that affect the overall situation in the process of reform and development. We should handle the relationship between the government and the market in deepening the reform of the economic structure. We should handle the situation well between the central government and the local government The relationship between reform, development and stability should be handled in the overall situation; the relationship between economic development and ecological environment should be properly handled in sustainable development; and the relationship between developing education and developing modern vocational education should be properly handled in cultivating practical personnel.
