目的:建立测定参姜锁阳益气片中淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用美国Agilent zorbax extend-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)柱,以甲醇-水-冰乙酸(54∶46∶1)为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1;在270 nm波长处检测,柱温30℃。结果:淫羊藿苷在4.0～18.0μg呈线性关系,r=0.999 6;平均加样回收率为99.63%,RSD为1.40%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便易行,结果准确、可靠,重复性好,可用于参姜锁阳益气片中的淫羊藿苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of icariin in ginseng Cynomorii Yung. Methods: The mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (54:46:1) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 using a Agilent zorbax extend-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) Department of testing, column temperature 30 ℃. Results: Icariin showed a linear relationship at 4.0 ~ 18.0μg, r = 0.999 6; the average recovery was 99.63% with a RSD of 1.40% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and easy to operate with accurate, reliable and reproducible results. It can be used to determine the content of icariin in Ginseng Cynomorium.
