针对引起换挡离合器摩擦片失效的主要原因——接合过程中摩擦片滑动摩擦发热,建立了摩擦片的二维传热模型,详细分析了换挡离合器接合过程中热传导二维温度场的各种边界条件,应用Peaceman_Rachford有限差分法对换挡离合器二维温度场进行了计算机模拟,并对结果进行分析与讨论,为换挡离合器的研究及保养提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the main reason of the failure of the friction clutch of the shift clutch - the sliding frictional heating of the friction clutch during the engagement process, a two-dimensional heat transfer model of the friction plate was established. The heat transfer two-dimensional temperature field during the clutch engagement process was analyzed in detail Boundary conditions, the two-dimensional temperature field of the shifting clutch is simulated by the Peaceman_Rachford finite difference method. The results are analyzed and discussed, which provides a theoretical basis for the research and maintenance of the shifting clutch.
