目的分析2011年龙胜县法定报告传染病发病情况和流行特征,为制定防治策略和措施提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对各类法定报告传染病报告发病情况进行分析。结果全年共报告法定传染病17种792例,年发病率为511.33/10万,死亡8例,年死亡率为5.17/10万,病死率为1.01%。以血源及性传播传染病为多,共报告发病4种376例,占法定传染病发病总数的47.47%;其次是肠道传染病,共报告发病6种275例,占传染病发病总数34.72%;呼吸道传染病,共报告6种139例,占传染病发病总数17.55%;虫媒及自然疫源传染病最少,共报告2种2例,占传染病发病总数0.25%。位于前5位的病种依次为梅毒、手足口病、病毒性肝炎、肺结核、流行性腮腺炎,共计628例,占发病总数79.29%。结论龙胜县法定报告传染病年发病率呈下降趋势,血源及性传播疾病及肠道传染病为当前重点防治的传染病,同时需要进一步加强对呼吸道传染病的防控与监测。
Objective To analyze the incidence and epidemic characteristics of statutory report infectious diseases in Longsheng County in 2011 and provide the basis for the formulation of prevention and control strategies and measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the incidence of various reports of legal notifiable infectious diseases. Results A total of 1792 cases of notifiable infectious diseases were reported in the year, with an annual incidence rate of 511.33 / lakh and 8 deaths. The annual mortality rate was 5.17 / lakh and the case fatality rate was 1.01%. A total of 376 cases were reported, accounting for 47.47% of the total cases of legal infectious diseases, followed by intestinal infectious diseases, of which 275 cases were reported, accounting for 34.72% of the total cases of infectious diseases %; Respiratory infectious diseases, a total of 139 cases of 6 kinds of reports, accounting for 17.55% of the total number of infectious diseases; the least zoonotic and natural infectious diseases, a total of 2 cases were reported in 2 cases, accounting for 0.25% of the total number of infectious diseases. The top five diseases were syphilis, hand-foot-mouth disease, viral hepatitis, tuberculosis and mumps, accounting for 628 cases, accounting for 79.29% of the total. Conclusion The annual incidence of statutory reported communicable diseases in Longsheng County is on a declining trend. The blood and sexually transmitted diseases and intestinal infectious diseases are currently the key infectious diseases under epidemic prevention. At the same time, it is necessary to further strengthen the prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases.
