为什么是三星?品质经营、国际化、复合化、信息化每一项都成为提升三星竞争力的关键因素三星的改革是出于对现实的准确把握和紧迫的危机意识。李健熙会长多次强调:“三星如果运营不当,便面临危机,并沦为三流企业。”在20世纪最后7年时间里,新经营政策是让三星成长为一流企业并生存下去的最后机会。在新经营哲学中,变化的基本要素是人。每个职员都要具备人性美和道德美,注重礼仪规范和行为规范。
