接受腹部CT扫描者当日早晨须空腹，扫描前0．5h口服3％泛影葡胺（meglu－caminediatrizoat）200ml以充盈上部小肠，卧床扫描前再口服同一造影剂200ml以充盈胃和十二指肠[1]。造影剂中碘对胃肠有轻微刺激作用，致使相当数量受检者发生恶心和呕吐反应，因而影响CT扫描的正常进行
On the morning of the same day, an abdominal CT scanner is required to have an empty stomach. Oral 3% meglumine diatrizoate (200ml) is orally administered 0.5 hours before the scan to fill the upper small intestine. 200ml of the same contrast agent is taken orally before bed scan to fill the stomach and duodenum [1]. Iodine in the contrast agent has a slight gastrointestinal irritation, resulting in a significant number of subjects with nausea and vomiting, thus affecting the normal CT scan
