随着市场对清洁能源需求的日益提高,燃气企业迅猛发展。对于新兴燃气企业而言,制定机构编制规范非常必要。本文从优化管理模式、提高组织运行效率、提升管理水平等角度阐述了燃气企业制定机构编制规范的必要性,并结合自身在制定燃气企业机构编制规范的实际工作体会,浅谈了制定机构编制规范在实际操作过程中应该注意的问题。
With the increasing demand for clean energy in the market, gas companies are developing rapidly. For emerging gas companies, the development of institutional preparation of norms is very necessary. This paper elaborates the necessity of formulating organization rules for gas enterprises from the perspectives of optimizing management mode, improving organization operation efficiency and improving management level.
