设计合成了新型的离子液体3-十六烷基咪唑六氟磷酸盐,研究了该离子液体的热致液晶和自组装行为。3-十六烷基咪唑六氟磷酸盐表现出双向热致近晶A型液晶(SmA2),并在加热或冷却过程中均能在更低的温度区间形成液晶。该近晶A型液晶的层间距与温度呈线性关系。根据实验结果,对3-十六烷基咪唑六氟磷酸盐的自组装机理进行了探讨。
A novel ionic liquid 3-hexadecylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate was designed and synthesized. The thermotropic liquid crystal and self-assembly behavior of the ionic liquid were investigated. 3-hexadecylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate exhibits bidirectional thermally-smectic A-type liquid crystal (SmA2) and can form liquid crystals in a lower temperature range during heating or cooling. The interlayer distance of smectic A type liquid crystal is linear with temperature. According to the experimental results, the self-assembly mechanism of 3-hexadecylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate was discussed.
