骨质疏松的主要危害是并发骨折,而骨折除了由骨量减少引起外,骨结构的变化也有重要影响。本文通过扫描电镜,对不同处理时间的大鼠胫骨近瑞干骺端松质骨进行观察,卵巢切除和固定均可引起松质骨的三维结构变化,表现为骨小梁变细、表面不光滑,骨小梁连续性中断等,骨小梁间连接遭到破坏,因而引起松质骨的总体三维结构损害,其力学强度将明显下降,骨折危险性增加.此外,本研究还发现,卵巢切除和固定双重因素并存时,松质骨结构改变更显著,骨小梁的连续破坏更严重,提示多因素作用可能明显地进一步增加骨折危险性。
