目的 探讨甲状腺细胞核形态参数在鉴别良恶性滤泡性肿瘤中的意义。方法 应用CMIAS—008型图像分析系统对15例滤泡性癌、27例滤泡性腺瘤和9例正常甲状腺组织进行形态定量分析,每例测100余个滤泡上皮细胞,获得5项参数,分别是:核面积、等效核直径、核周长、核圆度和核灰度。结果 核面积、等效核直径和核周长3项参数在各组之间有显著性差异; 而核圆度和核灰度在良恶性滤泡性肿瘤之间无显著差异。结论 核面积、等效核直径和核周长是鉴别良恶性滤泡性肿瘤的重要指标。
Objective To investigate the significance of thyroid nuclear morphological parameters in the differentiation of benign and malignant follicular tumors. Methods Morphological quantitative analysis of 15 cases of follicular carcinoma, 27 cases of follicular adenoma and 9 cases of normal thyroid tissue were performed using CMIAS-008 image analysis system. Each sample was used to measure more than 100 follicular epithelial cells, and 5 parameters were obtained. They are: nuclear area, equivalent nuclear diameter, nuclear perimeter, nuclear circularity, and nuclear gray scale. Results There were significant differences among the three parameters of nuclear area, equivalent nuclear diameter and nuclear perimeter. There was no significant difference in nuclear roundness and nuclear gray scale between benign and malignant follicular tumors. Conclusion The nuclear area, equivalent nuclear diameter and nuclear perimeter are important indicators for the differentiation of benign and malignant follicular tumors.
