目的:探讨髓内钉系统结合骨水泥填充治疗股骨转移瘤致股骨病理骨折的方法和疗效。方法:2009-03-2013-02我科接诊老年股骨转移瘤致股骨病理骨折16例,股骨近端9例,股骨中段7例,均采用髓内钉结骨水泥填充治疗。结果:所有患者均有随访,随访时间3~24月,平均18个月,术后疼痛症状明显缓解,肢体功能改善,患者生活质量提高。结论:对于老年股骨转移瘤致股骨病理骨折患者,骨水泥填充+髓内钉内固定是一种安全、有效的手术方式,可明显缓解消除疼痛、部分或完全恢复肢体功能、提高生活质量,减少患者护理难度。
Objective: To investigate the method and effect of intramedullary nailing system combined with bone cement in the treatment of femoral fractures caused by femoral metastases. Methods: 16 cases of femoral pathological fracture, 9 cases of proximal femur and 7 cases of middle femur were treated by our department during the period of 2009-03-2013-02. All of them were treated with intramedullary nail cementing. Results: All patients were followed up for 3 ~ 24 months with an average of 18 months. The postoperative pain symptoms were relieved, the function of limbs improved, and the quality of life of patients improved. CONCLUSIONS: In patients with femoral fractures caused by femur metastasis in elderly patients, cementing and intramedullary nail fixation is a safe and effective surgical method that can relieve pain, partial or complete recovery of limb function, improve quality of life and reduce the quality of life Patient care difficulty.
