枸橼酸哌哔嗪为目前临床上广泛用作驱除蛔虫、蛲虫的药物,其制剂有片剂和糖浆等。其含量测定方法,有重氮化法、非水溶液滴定法、铬酸法、苦味酸法、络合滴定法、电流滴定法等。作者为了寻求一个方法简便、操作迅速、结果准确、终点易于掌握的容量分析法,特作了下述方法的研究。本方法的依据,是借哌哔嗪能和铅盐定量地形成1:1的白色沉淀为基础。以硝酸铅为本品的沉淀剂,用二甲酚橙为指示剂,以六次甲基四胺控制pH约为6的条件下,用EDTA·2Na溶液滴定至溶液由紫红变为黄色或柠檬黄色为止。测定方法
