提出了一种新型的逆流式露点间接蒸发冷却器,研究了进气的相对湿度、温度变化对其冷却(湿球)效率的影响。结果显示:相对湿度和温度的变化对冷却器的冷却(湿球)效率具有显著的影响,较低的相对湿度和温度能获得较高的冷却(湿球)效率,所有运行条件下的冷却(湿球)效率超过100%。当环境温度为303.15K,相对湿度为10%时,冷却器的效率最高为128.5%,表明冷却器具有较好的降温效果;改进后的结构相比较原始结构,进口压力降低1.107%,产气温度降低了0.314K。
A new type of countercurrent dew point indirect evaporative cooler was proposed. The effect of relative humidity and temperature on the efficiency of cooling (wet bulb) was studied.
