铜绿假单胞菌为条件致病菌,是目前院内感染重要病原菌之一,且由于自身结构及抗菌药物诱导等作用,该菌极易发生耐药,成为临床上常见耐药菌之一。铜绿假单胞菌的耐药机制目前主要归结于以下六种:①细菌产生抗生素水解酶或钝化酶,如β-内酰胺酶、氨基糖苷钝化酶等,使抗菌药物失活。②细菌改变抗菌药物作用的靶位。③外膜通透性降低,使药物不易进入菌体,故对多种不同结构的抗菌药物高度耐药。④生物膜形成,营养限制、渗透障碍和免疫逃逸三种学说解释了生物膜导致耐药的原因。⑤主动泵出系统,使药物直接泵出到菌体外。⑥耐药基因的存在。本文将就以上几种耐药机制进行综述。“,”As opportunistic pathogen, Pseudomonas aeruginosa has become a major pathogen for nosocomial infection. Because of its structure and the role of antimicrobial agents, the bacteria can easily become resistant and become one of the most common drug resistant strains in clinic. It’s mechanism of drug resistance is as follows: ①bacteria produce antibacterial activity. ②Change the target of antibiotics. ③the permeability of the membrane is reduced. ④Biofilm formation. ⑤Active pumping system.⑥the existence of drug resistance gene. we will review the mechanism of drug resistance below.
