近年来,笔者用稻草、棉籽壳、木屑等原料进行袋栽猴头菌试验,结果以棉籽壳栽培的产量最高,每百公斤棉籽壳一般可产干猴头9～11公斤,最高达12.3公斤。现将棉籽壳袋栽猴头菌的高产技术介绍如下:(一)季节安排根据猴头菌生长不耐高温和低温的特点,凡日平均气温在20℃时均可栽培。在江苏地区春季以2～5月和秋季以8～11月为宜。
