湖北钉螺是日本血吸虫的惟一中间宿主,在日本血吸虫病传播过程中起着重要作用,研究其种下分化及遗传变异对于防治血吸虫病具有重要意义。本文从形态学水平、细胞水平、蛋白质水平和DNA分子水平等方面对湖北钉螺的分类鉴定技术研究进展进行了综述,并认为DNA序列测定技术是目前湖北钉螺分类鉴定的理想技术和今后的研究重点。
Snail snail is the only intermediate host of Schistosoma japonicum, which plays an important role in the transmission of schistosomiasis japonica. It is important to study its differentiation and genetic variation in the prevention and treatment of schistosomiasis. This review summarizes the research progress on the taxonomic identification of Oncomelania hupensis from morphological level, cell level, protein level and DNA molecular level, and concludes that the DNA sequence determination technology is the ideal technology for the classification and identification of Oncomelania hupensis in the future and the future research focus .
