为了建立微波辅助提取甘孜川贝多糖的最佳提取工艺,试验采用单因素试验和正交试验研究了微波辅助水浴法提取甘孜川贝粗多糖,采用蒽酮-硫酸法测定甘孜川贝粗多糖含量。结果表明:微波辅助提取甘孜川贝多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为微波时间3 min,料液比1∶30,水提温度90℃,在此条件下甘孜川贝多糖的提取率为2.85%,该提取法的多糖提取率是传统水提取法(0.58%)的4.91倍。说明采用微波辅助提取法极大提高了川贝多糖的提取率。
In order to establish the microwave-assisted extraction of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides, the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to study the microwave-assisted water bath extraction of crude polysaccharides from Ganzi Chuanbei and the anthrone-sulfuric acid method to determine the content of crude polysaccharides . The results showed that the optimum conditions of microwave-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Ganzi Bay were: microwave time 3 min, solid-liquid ratio 1:30, water extraction temperature 90 ℃. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of polysaccharide from Ganzi Bay was 2.85% The polysaccharide extraction rate of the extraction method is 4.91 times that of the traditional water extraction method (0.58%). Help microwave assisted extraction method greatly improved the yield of Chuanbei polysaccharides.
