目的探讨血脂与脂肪肝的关系。方法从2002年3月-2003年4月在珠海国际旅行卫生保健中心门诊部健康体检者中整群抽取完整资料813例,对男女性别脂肪肝检出率进行比较;对不同年龄组、不同性别脂肪肝检出率进行比较;对不同血脂分组的脂肪肝检出率进行比较。采用 SPSS10.0软件包进行数据处理和统计分析。用 X~2检验进行组间比较。结果男性脂肪肝检出率27.8%,高于女性脂肪肝检出率10.6%(P<0.01)。不同年龄组脂肪肝检出率(男女合计)差异有显著性(P<0.01);不同年龄组男性脂肪肝检出率差异有显著性(P<0.01);不同年龄组女性脂肪肝检出率15.1%。差异有显著性(P<0.01)。单纯高甘油三脂组脂肪肝检出率与正常血脂组脂防肝检出率差异有显著性(P<0.01);单纯高胆固醇组脂肪肝检出率与正常血脂组脂肪肝检出率差异无显著性(P>0.05);血脂两项均高组脂肪肝检出率与正常血脂组脂肪肝检出率差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论高血脂与脂肪肝有密切的关系,尤以血脂成分中甘油三脂关系密切。
Objective To investigate the relationship between lipid and fatty liver. Methods From March 2002 to April 2003, 813 healthy volunteers from outpatient department of Zhuhai International Travel Health Care Center were enrolled in this study. The detection rate of fatty liver between male and female was compared. Different gender groups The detection rates of fatty liver were compared. The detection rates of fatty liver in different blood groups were compared. SPSS10.0 software package for data processing and statistical analysis. X ~ 2 test for comparison between groups. Results The detection rate of fatty liver in males was 27.8%, higher than that in females (10.6%, P <0.01). The detection rate of fatty liver in different age groups was significantly different (P <0.01). The detection rate of fatty liver in different age groups was significantly different (P <0.01). The detection rate of fatty liver in different age groups 15.1%. The difference was significant (P <0.01). The detection rate of fatty liver in simple hypertriglyceride group was significantly different from that in normal group (P <0.01). The detection rate of fatty liver in simple hypercholesterolemic group was significantly different from that in normal group There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The detection rate of fatty liver between the two groups of hyperlipidemia was significantly different from that of the normal group (P <0.01). Conclusion Hyperlipemia and fatty liver are closely related, especially in the blood lipid components of triglycerides are closely related.
