目的:研究云南产的兵豆(LensculinarisMedic.)种子中的化学成分,为资源开发利用提供依据。方法:采用溶剂法和层析法分离、纯化兵豆化学成分,并通过理化鉴定与波谱分析,测定所分离出化合物的分子结构。结果与结论:从兵豆果实的乙醇提取物中分离到8个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇棕榈酸酯(Ⅱ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅲ)、棕榈酸(Ⅳ)、9,10-二羟基硬脂酸(Ⅴ)、乙基-α-D-吡喃葡糖苷(Ⅵ)、3-O-甲基-D-手性肌醇(Ⅶ)和兵豆苷(Ⅷ)。所有化合物均是首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅷ为一新化合物,命名为兵豆苷
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the seed of Lensculinaris Medi. produced in Yunnan, and provide basis for the development and utilization of resources. Methods: The solvent components and the chromatographic method were used to separate and purify the chemical components of the peas. The physicochemical identification and spectral analysis were used to determine the molecular structure of the isolated compound. RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS: Eight compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Pekin bean fruit and identified as β-sitosterol (I), β-sitosterol palmitate (II), carotenoid (III), palmitic acid ( IV), 9,10-dihydroxystearic acid (V), ethyl-α-D-glucopyranoside (VI), 3-O-methyl-D-chiro-inositol (VII) and croquettes The glycoside (VIII). All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound VIII was a new compound named warfarin.
