医学研究的目的是为了了解被研究事物的整体规律性。然而,在具体的研究工作中,常难以对整个对象(总体)直接进行研究,而只能随机从总体中抽取一部分个体构成样本进行研究.抽取的样本含量需多大,才能客观地反映总体的规律性,这是研究者关心的问题。本文通过举例介绍了常见临床研究设计所需样本含量的估计方法,同时指出在估计样本含量时要注意的几个问题。
The purpose of medical research is to understand the generalities of the things being studied. However, in the specific research work, it is often difficult to directly study the entire object (the whole), but only to randomly select a part of individuals from the population as a whole to conduct the research.If the content of the extracted samples needs to be objectively reflected in the overall law This is a matter of concern to researchers. In this paper, we introduce the method of estimating the sample content of common clinical research design by some examples, and point out several issues we should pay attention to when we estimate the sample content.
